A large swimming pool features a refreshing swim which includes lap lanes, beach entry with bubbling jets, and a waterfall spout and dumping buckets. The wading pool has a water-spouting whale and the sundeck features comfortable lounge chairs and shaded patio tables with oversized fun umbrellas for extra shade. Stay fit in our state-of-the-art fitness center, which includes MatrixR fitness equipment, including treadmills, bicycles, weights, and more. Each station also has its own cardio studio for your convenience. There is also a separate class studio with access to online workout videos and with key-fob access to the fitness center, you can exercise on your own schedule.
We continue to focus on the well-being of our residents by maintaining robust cleaning protocols and adding enhanced building systems as appropriate. In this regard, we are installing UV-C light in the air handler units of the building that service common areas, such as corridors and lobbies. UV-C light in HVAC systems has been shown to reduce the level of pathogens like bacteria and viruses on the surfaces and in the air of those systems.
